Train Reservation: Train tickets are booked 60 days in advance as a complimentary service. Due to computerized booking, we cannot guarantee lower berths or a single coach for everyone, and we ask for your cooperation. If you wish to book your own train tickets, inform us 65 days ahead, and the fare will be deducted from your package cost

Seating Arrangement: On the bus/Tempo, the first few seats are reserved for passengers with genuine physical issues. All other seats will be rotated

Joining Point: Inform us of your specific joining location (Ratnagiri, Pune, Mumbai, etc.) at least 65 days prior to the tour for smooth booking arrangements

Payment Deadline: Please pay the full tour amount 30 days before the trip

Catering: Our dedicated catering team will travel with the group but in different vehicle.
